Mission

Abundant Field Strategies helps businesses and organizations working in food, agriculture, climate and nature to bring impactful projects to life.

Vision

We believe in a world of abundance: where farmers, communities, and ecosystems thrive. We work to build more resilient food systems that are equitable and regenerative.

Core Values

I bring over a decade of experience developing impact strategies and designing projects that support increased incomes for small-scale farmers, build more resilient food systems, and create a world in which individual livelihoods and nature thrive together. Through my consulting practice, I help CPG companies, NGOs, foundations and other funders to turn their visions into contextually relevant,  implementation-ready projects across the topics of food, agriculture, and climate.

In my experience, well-designed plans (whether it be a business plan, project design, or organization-wide strategy) are a crucial first step in driving transformation on the ground. I've written 45+ project designs for supply chain development programs in sectors like dairy, cocoa, coffee, cashew, shea, grains, and horticulture. These programs have supported hundreds of thousands of smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs to adopt regenerative practices, improve their businesses, and increase their revenues.

I am a highly collaborative leader who brings a sense of calm and clarity, even under the tightest deadlines or most complex situations. I thrive working across timezones, languages, and cultures. Whether in the field or in the boardroom, I would be thrilled to partner on your next dream project.
