Through my consulting practice, I help CPG companies, NGOs, foundations and other funders to turn their visions into contextually relevant,  implementation-ready projects across the topics of food, agriculture, and climate.

In my experience, well-designed plans (whether it be a business plan, project design, or organization-wide strategy) are a crucial first step in driving transformation on the ground. I've written 45+ project designs for supply chain development programs in sectors like dairy, cocoa, coffee, cashew, shea, grains, and horticulture. These programs have supported hundreds of thousands of smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs to adopt regenerative practices, improve their businesses, and increase their revenues.
